It is not often that a weekend sees so much activity with so much success in a variety of sporting events at Puttenham. As Britain was at last bathed in sunshine, family and friends were out competing in equestrian, rackets competitions and the London Marathon.
Alex had prepared our 6 years olds Cassini and Billy Belle for The Welsh Masters. They had a jumped in a handful of one day shows and at the Bury Farm Spring Show in the new and very nice outdoor arena. Cassini showed no ill effects following a nasty stumble at Addington a couple of weeks earlier where he recovered himself and in the process catapulting Alex high in the air. Luckily horse and rider were fine. Both horses had been for a 2 day training session with Di Lampard which was very beneficial. Alex came away with some useful fine tuning.
